Once downloaded, creating a Jakes account earns you a FREE sign-on bonus reward! You will continue to earn points on orders placed to be used on redeemable rewards as a token of Jakes continued appreciation for your business.

There are 2 options to create a Jakes account: download the Jakes app, or by clicking the Online Ordering button in the main menu--this will take you to the online ordering portal. Click on the round head icon in the top right corner, then select Create Account. Enter the required fields. Birthday is optional but add your birthdate to earn a free birthday reward! Then click Create Account.
To activate your account: 
Verify your email--an email will be sent with a link to verify your account.
Verify your cell phone number--a text code will be sent to the phone number you provided.
THEN, login to your account on the Jakes app to place an order & begin earning delicious rewards!
You also have the option to "Sign in with Apple" or "Sign in with Google".
NOTE: Only a guest can create their Jakes account. Jakes employees cannot create a Jakes account.

After you create an account--including verifying email & phone number & placing your first order--you will automatically join the Jakes loyalty program. Points are earned on every dollar spent. They accrue until you reach a new tier and unlock a new reward. Once you unlock a reward, it will be available in your account.

You can redeem with contactless mobile ordering on the Jakes app, Jakes website, or dining-in at your favorite Jakes. Start by logging into your Jakes account, select Rewards and choose which item you would like to redeem. Add the item to your cart & then select the associated Reward shown in the cart to redeem the reward.
If a reward is food-based (cheddar fries, shake, starter, etc), please add this item to your cart BEFORE going to your cart to redeem the reward. Rewards will be available in the cart if the appropriate food item is added to your cart. 
To redeem while dining in, open the Jakes app & select Scan from the footer menu. Have your server scan the QR code on your phone and your loyalty account along with any redeemable rewards will be added to your transaction. Or, give your server the phone number associated with your account so your loyalty account can be accessed & attached to your transaction.
Rewards cannot be redeemed for delivery orders placed with a third-party operator, such as DoorDash or UberEats.

Earning rewards points is very easy. Simply download the Jakes app, create your account & agree to participate in the Rewards Program. For app or online orders, you will earn points automatically after placing an order. 
For dine-in orders, open the Jakes app, login, click on Scan & present the QR code to your server before ordering to connect your account to your dine-in order & earn points.

Loyalty points are earned on each dollar spent: $1=5 points.

Unfortunately, nothing can last forever. Reward expiration is noted on each reward earned & has a 30-60 day expiration timeframe based on the specific reward. 

At this time, you can only redeem one reward per order.

No. Your rewards points are yours alone.

Yes! You earn points on every eligible purchase. If you redeem a reward & order more food in addition, you will still earn points for every dollar you spend on that order. Points are earned based on the subtotal amount. 

It's simple. You can check your reward balance by logging into your account at order.jakesburgers.online, or in the Jakes app using your login & password. On the Jakes app, navigate to the Rewards tab at the bottom of the app screen. On the website, navigate to your Profile & then Rewards.

Points cannot be saved as they are automatically applied to your account when an order is placed. Points accrue until a new tier is reached. When that new tier is reached, there is a pre-selected reward that will become available in your account & should be redeemed prior to the reward's expiration date.

Absolutely! Rewards are universal with Jakes & can be used at all participating Jakes locations.

We don't technically merge accounts; we delete one account & transfer information from one account to another. Reach out to marketing@madconceptsgroup.com for assistance.

Of course, we're glad to help you. The first step is to wait 24 hours; sometimes it takes a little time for rewards points to appear in the Jakes app. If after 24 hours you still don't have points, reach out to marketing@madconceptsgroup.com. Also, it's important to make sure the payment authorization is processed so, if placing orders for a future date, please know that the points will become available after the order is completed.

Qualifying purchases where an active reward, mobile offer, or promotional offer is redeemed will earn points, based on the subtotal of dollars spent in the transaction. The following are not considered qualifying purchases & will not earn any points: taxes / tips / delivery fees or loading money on a gift card.

We're sorry about your phone! Contact your service provider, & once you have a new phone, your rewards should still be waiting for you when you log into our app with your Jakes account.

You can access Rewards Terms & Conditions at lunchbox.io/terms. Loyalty offerings, tiers, & rewards are subject to change at any time. Once a reward is earned, it must be used before the expiration date. When a reward expires, it will no longer be available in your account.
