How to Prepare
  • Share, share, share! A higher frequency of sharing on multiple outlets will yield a greater turnout & a larger donation amount for your organization. Staff are encouraged to attend. 
  • Estimated attendance. This is to allow us to prepare in advance for your event. We ask that you please provide a thoughtful estimated attendance range.
  • Minimum donation amount. We require a minimum of $250 in sales from your organization's order during the fundraiser. Please note, we can only calculate donation amounts on the subtotal of food & NON-alcoholic drinks only.
General Info & Additional Details
  • How does my order count towards the fundraiser? Your supporters have options: verbally tell their server or show a physical or digital copy of the fundraiser flyer.
  • Ordering Options: Dine-in & walk-in to-go orders only. 
  • We ask for no soliciting within the restaurant, patio, or parking lot during the fundraiser.
After Your Fundraiser
  • We will calculate the donation results &, if eligible, mail a check to the address provided.
  • Please let us know who we need to make the check payable to & where we should send it.
  • Tax Donation Verification Form: we will provide this form. We ask that you please complete & return at your earliest convenience after your fundraiser. This is for our records.
