How far in advance can I place my order?
Up to 60 days in advance.
Can I order catering the same day as my event?
We require a 24 hour advance notice for catering orders over $150 for prep & staffing purposes.
How many will each catering item serve?
Please review catering menu for serving sizes. Specific questions, please email jakescatering@jakesbb.com
Are plates/utensils included in my catering order?
Plates, utensils, serving utensils, & napkins are available by request for no charge.
Can I reheat food in the containers provided via a microwave or oven?
All containers are disposable, however some will be aluminum containers that are not microwavable, but can be used in the oven. Other containers can be made of plastic, eco pulp fibers, or styrofoam.
If I have a party of 10, what should I order?
We would recommend Jakes Burger Bar with 8 Classic Double Cheeseburgers & 2 Grilled Chicken Sandwiches for some variety. The burger bar comes with toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles) & condiments on the side.
Is delivery available?
Yes, we offer delivery for a fee.
How do I edit, change, or cancel my order?
To edit, change, or cancel an order, please email jakescatering@jakesbb.com with as much advance notice as possible. Or contact the restaurant location where the order is placed. Same day cancellation is not guaranteed.
Need to place a large order over $1,000?
If your order exceeds $1,000 or has further customization needs, please request a quote by emailing jakescatering@jakesbb.com with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
Will cups & ice be served with my gallon beverage bag?
Cups & assorted sweeteners are available by request, 10 each per gallon. Ice is purchased separately.
Why did my credit card get declined even if I entered everything correctly & I have available credit limit?
Even if the credit card was entered correctly & there is available credit limit, the credit card processor sometimes declines a transaction request due to issues related to fraud protection or network traffic problems. If you have problems processing your credit card, contact your credit card representative.
Where can I find nutrition & allergen information?
As a small local brand, pre FDA nutrition labeling rules, we do not meet the requirements to provide nutrition & allergen information.
